Resinated Lignite SPNH

Lignite resin is a multi-copolymer drilling fluid fluid loss reducer formed by the copolymerization of humic acid,  formaldehyde, and other components. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and good salt resistance. It also has a certain viscosity reduction effect and is suitable for various freshwater and saltwater drilling fluid systems.

Performance Characteristics

1.Excellent salt-resistant fluid loss control ability, forming a thin andfrm mud cake on the wellbore. lt plays an important role in stabilizingthe wellbore and preventing collapse and sticking.
2.Good solubility, the additive can control fuid loss without
increasing the viscosity of the drilling fluid.
3. Suitable for use in deep and ultra-deep wells with high reservoir temperatures.with temperature resistance up to 220℃

1. Drilling fluid filtration reducer: Lignite resin significantly reduces drilling fluid filtration loss by forming a dense mud cake on the wellbore, preventing leakage into the formation.

2. Drilling fluid stabilizer: Improves the rheological properties of drilling fluid, maintaining stable plastic viscosity and dynamic shear force.

3. High-temperature resistant agent: Modified lignite resin (such as sulfonated lignite resin) can withstand high-temperature environments of 150–200°C, suitable for deep and ultra-deep well drilling.

4. Salt and calcium resistant agent: Maintains excellent filtration loss reduction performance in high-salt or hard water systems, suitable for offshore drilling or brine drilling fluids.

5. Environmentally friendly drilling fluid additive: Made from natural lignite, it is low in toxicity, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly, meeting modern green drilling requirements.
