Ammonium-Based Inhibitor

This product is a novel high-performance shale inhibitor for water-based drilling fluids. The ammonium-based inhibitor not only offers strong cationic adsorption, high inhibition, and prolonged effectiveness, but also overcomes the weaknesses associated with conventional cationic inhibitors, such as severe flocculation and increased fluid 
loss. Due to the introduction of amine compounds into its molecular structure, it exhibits superior shale inhibition. Unlike ordinary polyether products, its anti-sloughing mechanism involves firm adsorption onto clay surfaces, reducing the interlayer spacing in clays, thus preventing water intrusion and stabilizing wellbores.
