Non-Aqueous Base Fluid for Drilling Fluids

Non water-based drilling fluid base fluid is formulated from low toxicity white oil and antioxidants. Mainly used in oil-based drilling fluids for deep wells, ultra deep wells, and special wells, it can meet the requirements of drilling fluids in low-temperature environments and marine drilling.

The high-temperature resistance of non-water-based drilling fluid base fluid (synthetic base white oil drilling fluid) is usually between 150℃ and 220℃. The specific value is affected by the type of base oil, emulsifier system and the compatibility of additives such as fluid loss reducers.

Some high-end formulas, when combined with high-quality high-temperature resistant treatment agents, can increase the upper limit of high-temperature resistance to around 240℃, making them suitable for drilling operations in deep and ultra-deep Wells.
